Auction Process
All sales are final
Bids cannot be canceled once submitted. Bidders are responsible for carefully reviewing the item description and confirming their bids before submitting them.
Lots won in the auction must be paid for within 7 days of winning the bid. Failure to pay within this time frame may result in the forfeiture of the lots.
Payment options and instructions will be provided on the Website and will be sent to the winning bidder along with the settlement wich contains total amount owed for the items won at the website bargainbidz.hibid.com. It is the bidder's responsibility to ensure timely and accurate payment.
The Website reserves the right to cancel or reject bids, and to remove or re-list lots at Bargain Bidz discretion.
Lot Pickup and Shipping
All pickups of won lots must be by appointment only. Bidders are required to contact Bargain Bidz Auction to schedule a pickup time.
Shipping options may be available for certain lots, as determined by Bargain Bidz Auction. Additional fees may apply for packaging and shipping.
Bidders are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and ensuring someone is available to receive the shipped lots.
Ownership and Risk
Ownership of lots won in the auction is transferred to the successful bidder upon full payment.
Risk of loss or damage to the lots passes to the successful bidder at the time of pickup or delivery.
Prohibited Activities
Users of the Website are prohibited from engaging in any fraudulent, harmful, or illegal activities.
Users shall not interfere with the proper functioning of the Website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to its systems or data.
